Apfelkuchen der in ihrem Mund schmilzt, in 5 Minuten zubereitet!

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 220 g Zucker
  • 5 Eier
  • 1 Paket Vanillinzucker
  • 320 g Mehl
  • 220 g Butter
  • 1 Paket Backpulver
  • 1,5 kg Äpfel, gewürfelt
  • Puderzucker

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the cake from sticking.
  2. Peel, core, and cut the apples into small cubes. Set aside so they are ready to be added to the batter later.
  3. Place the butter in a small saucepan and gently heat it over low heat until just melted. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and allow the butter to cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and eggs. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture for several minutes until it becomes pale, thick, and creamy. This ensures the cake will be light and fluffy.
  5. Add the packet of vanillinzucker (vanilla sugar) to the egg and sugar mixture and mix until evenly incorporated.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually sift or add this dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Mix gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  7. Pour the slightly cooled, melted butter into the batter and stir until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  8. Gently fold the diced apples into the batter using a spatula or wooden spoon, making sure the apple pieces are evenly distributed throughout.
  9. Pour or spread the batter evenly over the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula to smooth the top so the cake bakes evenly.
  10. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Baking times may vary depending on your oven, so check for doneness after 30 minutes.
  11. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly in the pan. While still warm or once fully cooled, sprinkle a generous amount of powdered sugar over the top for a sweet finishing touch.
  12. Cut the cake into squares or slices and serve. Enjoy your delicious, melt-in-your-mouth Apfelkuchen!

Notes

For best results, use tart apples such as Granny Smith or Boskoop, as they hold their shape well and add a pleasant contrast to the sweet cake. The cake can be served warm or at room temperature, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream makes a delightful accompaniment. If you like, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter for extra flavor.
