Apfelpudding Kuchen sehr lecker Rezept

Description

Saftig-zarter Apfelpuddingkuchen: goldgelber Boden, cremige Quark-Sahne-Schicht, aromatischer Vanillepudding, sanft versunkene Äpfel. Buttrig-weich, zart schmelzend, herrlich fruchtig—ein unwiderstehlicher Genuss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Eier
  • 120 g Zucker
  • 150 g Butter, weich
  • 150 g Mehl
  • 1 Packung Backpulver
  • 400 g Quark
  • 1 Becher süße Sahne
  • 1 Packung Puddingpulver
  • 1 Packung Vanillezucker
  • 34 große Äpfel, geschält und gewürfelt
  • Zucker
  • Zimt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan/convection). Prepare a rectangular baking tray or a springform pan by lining it with baking paper or foil, ensuring it covers the base and sides for easy removal of the cake after baking.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, 120 g sugar, softened butter, flour, baking powder, quark, sweet cream, pudding powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything together using a hand mixer or stand mixer until you have a smooth, homogeneous batter. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to incorporate all ingredients.
  4. Gently fold the apple cubes into the batter using a spatula, ensuring the apples are evenly distributed throughout the mixture without breaking them apart.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray or springform pan. Use a spatula to spread the batter evenly and smooth the top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together some additional sugar and ground cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle this cinnamon-sugar mixture generously and evenly over the top of the batter.
  7. Place the pan in the preheated oven on the middle rack. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10–15 minutes. Serve the Apfelpudding Kuchen warm or at room temperature for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

* If you cannot find ready-made vanilla semolina pudding powder (Vanille-Grießpuddingpulver), you can substitute it by mixing 40 g vanilla pudding powder with 40 g semolina (Grieß).
* The cake tastes especially delicious when served slightly warm.
* You can adjust the amount of cinnamon and sugar on top to your taste.
