Bailey’s Creme Rezept schneller weg als gemacht!

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 kg Mascarpone
  • 200 g Puderzucker
  • 4 Becher Schmand
  • 2 Gläser Sauerkirschen, abgetropfte
  • 4 Packung Vanillezucker
  • ½ Flasche Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing all your ingredients. Drain the two jars of sour cherries thoroughly, reserving only the cherries and discarding the juice. Set the drained cherries aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 kilogram of mascarpone, 200 grams of powdered sugar, 4 containers of Schmand (a type of sour cream), 4 packets of vanilla sugar, and half a bottle of Baileys Irish Cream.
  3. Using a hand mixer, beat the mascarpone, powdered sugar, Schmand, vanilla sugar, and Baileys Irish Cream together on medium speed. Continue mixing until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.
  4. Once the cream mixture is homogeneous and velvety, gently fold in the drained sour cherries. Use a spatula to carefully incorporate the cherries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cream without breaking them apart.
  5. Transfer the finished Bailey’s Creme into a serving bowl or individual dessert glasses, smoothing the top for an attractive presentation.
  6. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the Bailey’s Creme to chill and set for at least 2 to 3 hours. This helps the flavors meld and the texture to firm up.
  7. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and serve chilled. Optionally, you can garnish with a few extra cherries or a dusting of cocoa powder for an elegant touch.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality mascarpone and Baileys Irish Cream. You can adjust the amount of Baileys according to your taste preference, but be careful not to add too much, as it may affect the consistency of the cream. The dessert can be prepared a day in advance, allowing the flavors to develop even more. Serve well chilled for the best texture and flavor.
