Blitz-Tortenboden Rezept

Blitz-Tortenboden Rezept

  • Author: Sarah
  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 6 Portionen 1x

Description

Luftig-lockerer Tortenboden mit goldener Kruste, zartem Biss und feinem Vanilleduft. Sanft süß, dezent buttrig, perfekt saftig – die ideale Basis für fruchtige Beläge und cremige Torten. In Minuten fertig.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 EL Mehl
  • 6 EL Zucker
  • 1/2 Packung Backpulver
  • 3 Eier
  • 3 EL Öl

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your baking pan. Take a springform or tart base pan and thoroughly grease the bottom and sides with butter or oil to prevent sticking. Then, lightly dust the greased pan with a thin layer of flour, tapping out any excess. This step ensures the cake releases easily after baking.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) with both top and bottom heat, so it is fully heated when your batter is ready.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of flour, 6 tablespoons of sugar, and half a packet of baking powder. Use a whisk or spoon to mix the dry ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the baking powder is evenly distributed for an even rise.
  4. Add 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of oil to the bowl with your dry ingredients. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until you have a smooth, lump-free batter. Make sure all the flour from the sides of the bowl is incorporated. The batter should be slightly thick and glossy.
  5. Pour the finished batter evenly into your prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to smooth the surface, ensuring an even thickness throughout the pan.
  6. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake in the middle rack for approximately 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the cake; it should turn lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
  7. Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow the cake base to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, the cake base is ready to be topped with your favorite fruits, creams, or other desired toppings for your torte.

Notes

This quick torte base is ideal for last-minute desserts or when you need a simple, homemade foundation for cakes and tortes. For best results, use neutral-flavored oil such as sunflower or canola. You can add a pinch of salt or a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor if desired. The base pairs perfectly with fresh fruits and whipped cream. Adjust baking time slightly depending on your oven and the depth of your cake pan.
