- Begin by preparing your workspace. Place a large mixing bowl on your counter and set out all the ingredients: cornflakes, puffed Bio Pops, Vollmilchschokolade (milk chocolate), and coconut fat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or arrange praline paper cups on a tray for easy transfer later.
- In the large mixing bowl, combine the cornflakes and the puffed Bio Pops. Gently mix them together with a spoon or your hands to evenly distribute the pops among the cornflakes. Set the bowl aside.
- Break the Vollmilchschokolade (milk chocolate) into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Add the coconut fat to the chocolate. Fill a pot with a few centimeters of water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Place the heatproof bowl with chocolate and coconut fat on top of the pot, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water (this is a double boiler or Wasserbad). Stir constantly until the chocolate and coconut fat are completely melted and combined into a smooth, glossy mixture.
- Pour the warm, melted chocolate and coconut fat mixture over the cornflakes and Bio Pops in the large mixing bowl. Use a spatula or large spoon to gently fold and mix everything together, ensuring that all the cornflakes and Bio Pops are thoroughly coated with the chocolate mixture. Take care not to crush the cornflakes too much.
- Using two teaspoons, scoop out small portions of the mixture and place them as small mounds into the prepared praline paper cups or directly onto the parchment-lined baking tray. Try to make each mound about the same size so they set evenly.
- Allow the Cornflakeskekse mit Bio Pops to cool and set. You can let them rest at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, or place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to speed up the process.
- Once the cookies are fully set and the chocolate has hardened, carefully transfer them to a serving platter. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in a cool place to keep them fresh and crisp.
