Dessert in 2 Minuten zubereitet, meine Familie ist verrückt danach

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 120 g Butter
  • 300 g Mehl
  • 120 g Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 120 ml Milch
  • 1 Packung Vanillezucker
  • 1 Messerspitze Backpulver
  • 2 Eier
  • 50 g Schokolade

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper muffin cases or lightly greasing each cavity to prevent sticking.
  2. Break the chocolate into small, even-sized pieces. Set aside for later use.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter and sugar. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, cream them together until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour in the milk and add the packet of vanilla sugar. Mix until the liquid ingredients are evenly blended into the batter.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, pinch of salt, and a pinch (Messerspitze) of baking powder. Stir to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently with a spatula or mixer on low speed. Mix just until the batter is smooth and no dry spots remain. Do not overmix.
  8. Spoon the prepared batter evenly into the muffin cases, filling each about two-thirds full to allow for rising.
  9. Gently press a few pieces of chocolate into the center of each muffin, ensuring the chocolate is distributed within the batter but not exposed on top.
  10. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center (avoiding the chocolate) comes out clean.
  11. Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the cooled muffins or use chocolate chips instead of chopped chocolate. These muffins taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days. Make sure not to overmix the batter to keep the muffins light and fluffy.
