Dessert Rezept in 2 Minuten zubereitet, meine Familie ist verrückt danach!

Description

Zart goldbraun, innen himmlisch weich und luftig: Dieser Vanille-Traum verführt mit buttrigem Duft, feinem Zuckerknusper und samtiger Krume – ein schneller Genuss, der auf der Zunge zergeht und alle begeistert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 120 g Butter
  • 300 g Mehl
  • 120 g Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 120 ml Milch
  • 1 Packung Vanillezucker
  • 1 Messerspitze Backpulver
  • 2 Eier
  • 50 g Schokolade

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and prepare a muffin tray by lining it with paper muffin cups or lightly greasing the molds to prevent sticking.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces or chunks. You can use a knife to chop a chocolate bar or simply break it by hand into bite-sized pieces. Set the chocolate aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the butter (make sure it is softened or at room temperature), sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cream these ingredients together using a hand mixer or whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition to fully incorporate the eggs.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and the baking powder. Mix well to ensure the baking powder is evenly distributed throughout the flour.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix gently after each addition, just until a smooth, homogeneous batter forms. Do not overmix, as this can make the muffins dense.
  7. Once the batter is ready, divide it evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full to give them room to rise during baking.
  8. Gently press several pieces of chocolate into the center of each muffin, distributing the chocolate evenly. You can leave some pieces peeking out on top for a nice visual effect and extra chocolatey taste.
  9. Place the muffin tray into the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (except for melted chocolate).
  10. Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool in the tray for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use any type of chocolate you like—dark, milk, or even white chocolate. For extra flavor, consider adding a handful of chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter. These muffins taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days. If you prefer, you can also use cupcake liners for easy cleanup.
