Die besten Pizzabrötchen Rezept

  • Author: Sarah

  • Yield: 2 Portionen 1x

Description

Knusprige Brötchen gefüllt mit würziger Salami, zartem Schinken, cremiger Sahne und saftigen Champignons, überbacken mit goldbraunem, geschmolzenem Gouda – herzhaft, aromatisch und unwiderstehlich saftig.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 Brötchen
  • 100 g Salami
  • 250 g gekochter Schinken
  • 250 g geraspelter Käse (z.B. Gouda)
  • 400 g frische Champignons, nicht zu groß
  • 1 Becher Sahne
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer
  • Oregano
  • evtl. Pizzagewürz oder italienische Kräutermischung
  • 2 mittelscharfe Peperoni (nach Geschmack)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cleaning the fresh Champignons carefully. Use a damp cloth or a soft brush to remove any dirt from the mushrooms. Then slice them into small, thin pieces to ensure they cook evenly and blend well with the other ingredients.
  2. Next, take the Salami and the cooked Schinken (ham) and cut them into small cubes. If you prefer a bit of heat, finely chop the Peperoni peppers and set them aside. For children or seniors, you may choose to omit the Peperoni to keep the flavor milder.
  3. In a mixing bowl, pour the entire cup of cream (Sahne). Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the cream until it becomes thick and holds soft peaks. This whipped cream will create a creamy base to hold the other ingredients together.
  4. Once the cream is whipped, add the sliced Champignons, diced Salami, diced Schinken, and the grated cheese into the bowl with the whipped cream. Mix everything thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Season the mixture generously with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and Oregano. If you have Pizzagewürz (pizza seasoning) or an Italian herb mix, add it now to enhance the flavor. Stir the mixture again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  6. Preheat your oven to a temperature between 200 and 210 degrees Celsius (approximately 390-410 degrees Fahrenheit). This temperature ensures the Pizzabrötchen will bake perfectly, melting the cheese and crisping the bread without burning.
  7. Take the 8 Brötchen and carefully cut them in half horizontally, creating two halves per roll. Place the halves on a baking tray, cut side up, ready to be topped.
  8. Spoon the prepared creamy topping mixture generously onto each half of the Brötchen, spreading it evenly to cover the surface but not overflowing.
  9. Place the baking tray with the topped Brötchen in the preheated oven. Bake them for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, and the edges of the bread are crispy.
  10. Once baked, carefully remove the Pizzabrötchen from the oven. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the topping to set slightly and to avoid burning your mouth.
  11. Serve the Pizzabrötchen warm as a delicious snack, appetizer, or side dish. Enjoy the blend of creamy, cheesy, savory flavors combined with the fresh texture of the mushrooms and the spicy hint from the Peperoni if used.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Peperoni according to your taste preferences or omit them entirely for a milder version suitable for children and seniors. Using freshly grated cheese like Gouda enhances melting and flavor. For extra crunch, you can sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top before baking. Serve immediately after baking for the best texture and taste.
