- 200 g Nudeln (small tubular pasta or broken spaghetti)
- 3 Päckchen Vanillezucker
- 100 ml Sahne
- 1 gehäufter EL Vanillepuddingpulver (dissolved in a little cold milk)
- Zimt und Zucker zum Bestreuen
Instructions
- Milk and vanilla sugar are brought to a boil in a pot, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
- Once boiling, add the raw noodles and stir continuously until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Dissolve the vanilla pudding powder in a small amount of cold milk and stir it into the pot for creaminess.
- Add the cream and bring to a gentle boil until the mixture thickens.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before serving, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For leftovers, store covered in the fridge and reheat with a little milk or enjoy cold.
