Description

A nostalgic dish that combines noodles with warm milk, vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon, bringing comfort and sweetness to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milch
  • 200 g Nudeln (small tubular pasta or broken spaghetti)
  • 3 Päckchen Vanillezucker
  • 100 ml Sahne
  • 1 gehäufter EL Vanillepuddingpulver (dissolved in a little cold milk)
  • Zimt und Zucker zum Bestreuen

Instructions

  1. Milk and vanilla sugar are brought to a boil in a pot, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
  2. Once boiling, add the raw noodles and stir continuously until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  3. Dissolve the vanilla pudding powder in a small amount of cold milk and stir it into the pot for creaminess.
  4. Add the cream and bring to a gentle boil until the mixture thickens.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before serving, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For leftovers, store covered in the fridge and reheat with a little milk or enjoy cold.
