- 150 g Knusper-Schoko-Müsli
- 75 g Butter
- 75 g Zucker
- 100 g Weizenmehl

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) so it reaches the right temperature by the time the crumble is assembled.
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or residue. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries, then cut the strawberries into quarters to ensure even baking and bite-sized pieces.
- Divide the quartered strawberries evenly among 6 small ovenproof baking dishes or ramekins, spreading them out in a single layer. If you do not have individual dishes, you can use one larger baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Knusper-Schoko-Müsli, softened butter, sugar, and flour. Use a hand mixer or your hands to blend the ingredients together until the mixture forms coarse, crumbly streusel. The mixture should clump together when pressed but still be slightly loose.
- Gently sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the prepared strawberries in each baking dish, ensuring all the fruit is covered. Try to distribute the crumble so that each serving has a good balance of topping and fruit.
- Place the filled baking dishes on the middle rack of the preheated oven. Bake the strawberry crumbles for approximately 25 minutes, or until the streusel topping is golden brown and crisp and the strawberries are bubbling underneath.
- Remove the crumbles from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve the Erdbeer-Crumble warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Notes
For best results, use ripe, sweet strawberries to enhance the flavor of your crumble. The Knusper-Schoko-Müsli adds a delicious crunch and chocolatey note to the topping, but you can substitute with regular granola if desired. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings, or can be baked as one large crumble instead of individual portions. The crumble is best enjoyed warm from the oven.
