Description

Cremiger Naturjoghurt trifft auf süße, saftige Erdbeeren, verfeinert mit zartem Vanillezucker. Frisch, fruchtig und samtig – ein leichtes Dessert mit lebendig-rotem Farbspiel, das in wenigen Minuten verführt.

  • 450 g Naturjogurt 3,6 %
  • 750 g Erdbeeren
  • 2 Packung Vanillezucker

Instructions

  1. Begin by thoroughly washing the 750 grams of fresh strawberries under cold running water to remove any dirt or impurities. After washing, carefully remove the green leafy tops (calyx) from each strawberry. Set aside 4 whole strawberries separately; these will be used later for garnishing the dessert.
  2. Take the remaining strawberries and place them in a tall container or a mixing bowl suitable for blending. Using a hand blender (immersion blender), puree the strawberries until you achieve a smooth and even consistency without large chunks. This process should create a vibrant red strawberry puree.
  3. Once the strawberries are pureed, add 450 grams of natural yogurt with 3.6% fat content to the puree. Then add 2 packets of vanilla sugar to the mixture. Using a spoon or whisk, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the yogurt, vanilla sugar, and strawberry puree are fully combined and smooth, resulting in a creamy and flavorful mixture.
  4. Prepare serving glasses or bowls for the dessert. Carefully spoon or pour the creamy strawberry and yogurt mixture into each glass, filling them evenly. Make sure the surface is smooth and level for an attractive presentation.
  5. Finally, take the 4 reserved whole strawberries and use them to garnish the top of each dessert glass. You can slice the strawberries or place them whole on top to enhance the visual appeal and add a fresh strawberry accent.
  6. Serve the dessert immediately or refrigerate it for a short time if you prefer it chilled. Enjoy your fresh, fruity, and creamy strawberry yogurt dessert!

Notes

For an extra touch, you can add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of chopped nuts on top before serving. Using fresh, ripe strawberries will greatly enhance the flavor. This dessert is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
