- 1 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
- 1 Päckchen Cappuccinopulver (Instant)

- Begin by placing the mascarpone, natural yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and instant cappuccino powder into a large mixing bowl. Using the whisk attachments of a hand mixer, beat all the ingredients together on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes, until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- In a separate, clean mixing bowl, pour in the cold cream (Sahne). Using clean beaters, whip the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. The cream should be thick and hold its shape when the beaters are lifted.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone and cappuccino mixture. Use a spatula and employ gentle, sweeping motions to combine the two mixtures. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to retain the airiness of the whipped cream. The resulting mixture should be light, airy, and well blended.
- Once the cappuccino cream is fully combined, spoon or pipe the mixture evenly into serving bowls or dessert glasses. Level the tops with the back of a spoon or a spatula for a neat presentation.
- If desired, refrigerate the cappuccino cream for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up slightly. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with a dusting of cocoa powder, instant cappuccino powder, chocolate shavings, or a few coffee beans for decoration.
Notes
For best results, use cold cream to ensure that it whips up properly. You can adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar. This dessert can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. For an extra indulgent touch, consider layering the cream with crushed cookies or biscuits.
