Description

Frikadellen mit Camembert gefüllt rezept – Für alle, die Camembert lieben, habe ich ein Rezept für Frikadellen, die mit Camembert gefüllt werden.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g Schweinehackfleisch
  • 1 Ei
  • 1 Handvoll Semmelbrösel
  • 100 ml Milch
  • 1 TL Paprikapulver, edelsüß
  • 1 EL Schnittlauch
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • Pfeffer nach Geschmack
  • Salz nach Geschmack
  • 2 Camemberts
  • Öl zum Braten

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the filling and the meat mixture. Place the 500 g Schweinehackfleisch (ground pork) in a large mixing bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 handful of semmelbrösel (breadcrumbs), 100 ml milk, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives, and 1 finely minced clove of garlic. Season the mixture generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly using your hands or a sturdy spoon until everything is evenly incorporated. The mixture should be soft but hold its shape. If it is too wet, add a few more breadcrumbs. If it is too dry, add a splash more milk.
  3. Prepare the Camembert filling by taking the two Camemberts and slicing each one lengthwise in half, so that you end up with four equally thick slices. These slices will be placed inside the frikadellen as a gooey, cheesy center.
  4. With damp hands, take a portion of the meat mixture (about the size of a small orange or enough to cover the cheese slice) and flatten it into a round patty on a clean work surface. Place one slice of Camembert in the center of the patty.
  5. Take another portion of the meat mixture and flatten it into a second round of the same size. Place this on top of the Camembert-topped patty. Carefully pinch and seal the edges together to fully enclose the cheese, shaping it into a thick, round frikadelle (patty). Repeat this process until you have formed all four frikadellen, each with a Camembert center.
  6. Heat a generous amount of oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot but not smoking, gently add the frikadellen to the pan. Cook them over medium to medium-low heat to ensure the meat cooks through without burning the outside.
  7. Fry the frikadellen for about 5–7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The cheese inside should be melted and gooey. Avoid pressing down on the frikadellen while cooking to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
  8. Once cooked, remove the frikadellen from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately while hot, ideally with potatoes, a fresh vegetable salad, or your favorite side dishes. Enjoy the delicious, cheesy center!

Notes

For the best results, use a creamy, high-quality Camembert for the filling. Be gentle when sealing the patties to avoid cheese leakage during cooking. If you want extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or finely diced onions to the meat mixture. Serve with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, or a light salad for a complete meal.
