Geschnetzeltes Mit Honig Senfsauce Rezept

  • Author: Sarah
  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 3 Portionen 1x

Description

Zartes Putenfleisch in cremiger Honig-Senf-Sauce, durchzogen von süßlich-würzigen Zwiebeln und knackigen Paprikastreifen. Frischer Dill rundet das goldgelbe, aromatische Gericht harmonisch ab.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 red bell Pfeffer
  • 1 green bell Pfeffer
  • 1 kg turkey meat
  • 400 g heavy cream
  • 4 Esslöffel mustard
  • 4 Esslöffel honey
  • 4 Zwiebeln
  • Dill
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer

Instructions

  1. Once the meat is browned, reduce the stove heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream (Schlagsahne) and stir to combine, making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan for extra flavor.
  2. Measure out the mustard and honey. Add both to the pan, stirring well to ensure that the sauces are fully incorporated into the creamy mixture. Sprinkle in freshly chopped dill to taste. Stir again to blend all flavors. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with more Salz, Pfeffer, mustard, or honey as desired.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the meat to become tender and for the flavors to meld together into a rich, creamy sauce. If the sauce becomes too thick, you can add a splash of water or more cream to reach your desired consistency.
  4. After 30 minutes, taste the dish again and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve the Geschnetzeltes hot, garnished with extra dill if desired. This dish pairs perfectly with fluffy rice, which will soak up the delicious honey-mustard sauce.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, you can use a mix of different mustards or add a touch of white wine to the sauce before simmering. Make sure to cut the meat and vegetables into evenly sized pieces to ensure even cooking. Serve with cooked rice or noodles for a hearty meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated gently.
