Kokos Ananas Dessert Rezept

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 150 ml Cremefine zum Schlagen
  • 1 EL Zucker
  • 200 ml Kokosmilch
  • 200 g Ananasstücke aus der Dose, abgetropft

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your workspace and gathering all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process. Take 150 ml of Cremefine zum Schlagen (a whipping cream substitute) and pour it into a clean, chilled mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the Cremefine to provide sweetness.
  2. Using an electric mixer or a hand whisk, whip the Cremefine and sugar mixture on medium-high speed until it forms stiff peaks. This means that when you lift the whisk, the cream holds its shape firmly without collapsing, ensuring a light and airy texture.
  3. Once the Cremefine is whipped, slowly pour in 200 ml of coconut milk while continuing to whip the mixture briefly. This step incorporates the coconut flavor and slightly loosens the texture, creating a creamy and tropical base for the dessert. Be careful not to overwhip at this stage to maintain the fluffiness.
  4. Next, take 200 grams of canned pineapple pieces that have been well drained to avoid excess liquid. Gently fold the pineapple chunks into the coconut cream mixture using a spatula. Folding means carefully mixing the pineapple in with slow, deliberate movements to preserve the airiness of the whipped cream and evenly distribute the fruit without crushing it.
  5. After the pineapple pieces are evenly incorporated, cover the dessert bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into serving glasses or bowls. Place the dessert in the refrigerator and chill it thoroughly for at least 1-2 hours. Chilling allows the flavors to meld and the dessert to set into a refreshing and cool treat.
  6. When ready to serve, remove the Kokos Ananas Dessert from the refrigerator. Optionally, garnish with a small pineapple slice, a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes, or a mint leaf to enhance presentation and add extra flavor contrast. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy, tropical delight.

Notes

For best results, use well-chilled Cremefine and coconut milk to help achieve a stable whipped texture. Make sure the pineapple pieces are thoroughly drained to prevent the dessert from becoming watery. You can substitute fresh pineapple if preferred, but adjust the sweetness accordingly. For added texture and flavor, consider topping the dessert with toasted coconut flakes or a drizzle of honey before serving.
