Mascarpone-Himbeer-Quark Dessert Rezept

Mascarpone-Himbeer-Quark Dessert Rezept

  • Author: Sarah
  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 2 Portionen 1x

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Becher Schlagsahne, 200 g, geschlagen
  • 2 Becher Naturjoghurt à 150 g
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Magerquark
  • 500 g Himbeeren, TK, nicht aufgetaut
  • 200 g Zucker
  • Schokolade, weiße, geraspelt

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the whipped cream. Pour 200 g of Schlagsahne (whipping cream) into a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to beat it until it forms stiff peaks. Set the whipped cream aside in the refrigerator while you prepare the rest of the mixture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 500 g Magerquark (low-fat quark), 2 Becher Naturjoghurt (2 x 150 g natural yogurt), 250 g Mascarpone, and 200 g Zucker (sugar). Use a hand mixer or whisk to thoroughly blend all ingredients together. Continue mixing for several minutes to ensure the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark-mascarpone mixture. To do this, add the whipped cream in portions, using a spatula to carefully incorporate it with gentle, sweeping motions. This keeps the mixture airy and light.
  4. Take a large glass bowl or dessert glasses and begin layering the ingredients. Start with a layer of the quark-mascarpone-cream mixture at the bottom. Add a layer of frozen Himbeeren (raspberries) directly from the freezer. Alternate layers of the creamy mixture and frozen raspberries, finishing with a final layer of the cream mixture on top. This layering creates a visually appealing dessert and allows the flavors to meld together.
  5. Generously sprinkle the top layer with grated white chocolate, ensuring an even coverage for both decoration and added flavor.
  6. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. This resting time allows the frozen raspberries to thaw and release their juices, blending beautifully with the creamy layers.
  7. Before serving, check that the raspberries have fully thawed and the dessert is well chilled. Serve directly from the bowl or spoon into individual dessert glasses for an attractive presentation. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

This dessert can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. If you use fresh raspberries instead of frozen, reduce the amount of sugar to suit your taste, as fresh berries are typically sweeter. For an extra touch, you can garnish with additional raspberries or mint leaves before serving.
