Description

Nutella Muffins sind bei jedem Kinderfest sehr beliebt. Hier unser saftiges und köstliches Rezept. Schnelle und Einfache Muffins Rezepte.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 EL Schokoflocken
  • 80 g Butter (weich)
  • 100 g Nutella
  • 40 g Zucker
  • 3 Stk Eier
  • 120 ml Milch
  • 300 g Mehl
  • 1 Pk Backpulver

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Prepare a muffin tray by lining it with paper muffin liners. This will prevent the muffins from sticking and make them easy to remove after baking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter, sugar, Nutella, eggs, and milk. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes light, creamy, and well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary to ensure even mixing.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, chocolate flakes, and baking powder. Whisk or stir these dry ingredients together to evenly distribute the baking powder and chocolate flakes throughout the flour.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to gently fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Continue folding until just combined; be careful not to overmix, as this can make the muffins dense.
  5. Using two spoons or an ice cream scoop, divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin liners, filling each about two-thirds full to allow room for the muffins to rise.
  6. Place the muffin tray in the preheated oven and bake the muffins for 30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs attached.
  7. Once baked, remove the muffin tray from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tray for about 5 minutes. Then transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your delicious Nutella Muffins!

Notes

For an extra Nutella surprise, you can add a small spoonful of Nutella to the center of each muffin before baking. Simply fill the muffin cup halfway with batter, add a teaspoon of Nutella, and then cover with more batter. You can also sprinkle additional chocolate flakes on top before baking for a decorative touch. Make sure not to overmix the batter to keep the muffins fluffy and tender.
