Pudding Dessert mit nur 4 Zutaten

Description

Ein cremiges Schichtdessert aus zarter Vanille und fruchtiger Erdbeere, samtig auf der Zunge, verführt mit harmonischer Süße und ansprechendem Farbkontrast – ein Genuss für Auge und Gaumen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 package strawberry pudding powder
  • 1 liter milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare each pudding flavor separately according to the package instructions. Begin by placing one package of pudding powder into a bowl and adding 2 tablespoons of sugar. Repeat this process for the second pudding powder in a separate bowl, also adding 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. To each bowl, add a small amount of cold milk (from the total 1 liter) and whisk until the pudding powder and sugar are completely dissolved and you have a smooth, lump-free mixture.
  3. Pour 500 ml of the remaining milk into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once the milk is boiling, slowly pour in the prepared pudding-sugar-milk mixture while whisking continuously. Keep stirring for about 1 minute as the mixture thickens. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  4. Repeat the previous step for the second pudding flavor using a clean saucepan, 500 ml milk, and the other pudding-sugar-milk mixture. Bring the milk to a boil, whisk in the mixture, cook for about 1 minute until thickened, then remove from heat.
  5. Lightly rinse a dessert or casserole dish with cold water to help prevent sticking. Pour the vanilla pudding into the bottom of the prepared dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula for an even layer.
  6. Carefully pour the strawberry pudding over the vanilla layer, spreading it gently with a spatula to ensure an even second layer without mixing the two layers together.
  7. Allow the dessert to cool to room temperature, then place the dish in the refrigerator for several hours or until both pudding layers are fully set and firm.
  8. Once set, slice or scoop the pudding dessert into individual servings and enjoy chilled. Optionally, garnish with fresh fruit or whipped cream for extra flair.

Notes

For best results, make sure to whisk the pudding mixtures thoroughly to avoid lumps. Rinsing the dish with cold water before pouring in the pudding helps prevent sticking and makes it easier to remove the dessert later. You can experiment with other pudding flavors, or add fresh fruit between the layers for extra taste and color.
