Description
Ingredients
Scale
- 250 g Schlagsahne
- 10 EL Kokossirup
- ca. 10 EL Amarula-Likör (südafrikanischer Wildfrucht-Creme-Likör)
- Saft von 1 Zitrone
- 120 g Kokosraspel
- 500 ml Kirschsaft
- Crushed Ice
- Cocktailkirsche zum Verzieren
Instructions
- Begin by preparing all your ingredients. Measure out the Schlagsahne (whipping cream), Kokossirup (coconut syrup), Amarula-Likör (or another cream liqueur), and Kirschsaft (cherry juice). Squeeze the juice from one lemon and set aside. Prepare the Kokosraspel (desiccated coconut) and have the crushed ice ready. Wash and drain the cocktail cherries for garnish.
- In a large blender or mixing bowl, combine the 250 g Schlagsahne, 10 EL Kokossirup, about 10 EL Amarula-Likör, the juice of one lemon, 120 g Kokosraspel, and 500 ml Kirschsaft. Blend or whisk the mixture thoroughly on medium-high speed until all ingredients are well combined and a creamy, smooth consistency is achieved.
- Add a generous amount of crushed ice to the blended mixture. Stir well to ensure the ice is evenly distributed and the drink is well chilled. Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess if desired, adding more syrup or liqueur to your liking.
- Pour the finished bowle into individual cocktail glasses. Garnish each glass with a cocktail cherry on top, and if desired, sprinkle a little more desiccated coconut for extra flavor and decoration.
- Serve the ‚Schmutzige Mutter‘ Bowle immediately while cold and enjoy this creamy, tropical, and fruity cocktail with friends.
Notes
For an extra special touch, you can rim the glasses with coconut flakes by dipping the rims in lemon juice and then into the coconut before pouring in the drink. Adjust the amount of Amarula-Likör to taste, depending on how strong you like your cocktail. Always serve well chilled with plenty of crushed ice for the best experience.
