Description

Schneller Kakaokuchen kann zusätzlich mit Schokolade und Schlagrahm verfeinert werden. Ihre Lieben werden von diesem leckeren Rezept begeistert sein.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Pk Backpulver
  • 75 g Butter
  • 3 Stk Eier
  • 75 g Kakao
  • 175 g Mehl
  • 0.125 l Milch
  • 1 Pk Vanillezucker
  • 75 g Zucker

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) with both top and bottom heat (Ober-/Unterhitze). Prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper or greasing it thoroughly with butter to prevent the cake from sticking.
  2. Place the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes light, pale, and creamy in texture. This will help incorporate air and create a fluffy cake base.
  3. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Gradually add the beaten eggs to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing thoroughly after each addition to ensure a smooth and uniform batter.
  4. Slowly pour in the milk while continuing to mix, ensuring it is fully incorporated and the batter remains smooth.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Sift these dry ingredients together to remove any lumps and to distribute the leavening agents evenly.
  6. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients in several portions, gently folding them in with a spatula or mixing on low speed. Mix until you have a smooth, lump-free batter, being careful not to overmix.
  7. Pour or spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking tray, smoothing the surface with a spatula to ensure even baking.
  8. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean and the surface feels springy to the touch.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the tray. Once cooled, carefully lift it out and transfer it to a cutting board.
  10. Cut the cooled Kakaokuchen into rectangular pieces or squares, and serve as desired. Optionally, you can dust with powdered sugar, add a layer of melted chocolate, or serve with whipped cream for extra indulgence.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter before baking. Serving the cake with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of melted chocolate can enhance its taste and presentation. Make sure not to overbake to keep the cake moist. The cake keeps well for a few days when stored in an airtight container.
