Description
Selfmade Burger Rezept – Das Selfmade Burger-Rezept macht Spaß in der Zubereitung. Schnelle und Einfache Burger Rezepte.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Burger Buns
- 600 g Hackfleisch (ground meat, preferably beef)
- 1 Zwiebel (onion)
- 4 EL Öl (4 tablespoons oil)
- 1 Prise Salz und Pfeffer (pinch of salt and pepper)
- 1 Ei (egg)
- 2 EL Senf (2 tablespoons mustard)
- 4 Scheiben Käse (4 slices cheese)
Instructions
- Begin by preparing the onion. Peel the onion thoroughly and dice it finely into small cubes. Place the diced onion in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the ground meat to the bowl with the diced onion. Season the mixture generously with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Add the mustard and the egg to the bowl. Using your hands or a large spoon, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until everything is well combined and forms a uniform mixture.
- With clean hands, divide the meat mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a round, flat patty that is slightly larger than your burger buns, as the patties will shrink slightly during cooking.
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). While the oven is heating, slice the burger buns in half horizontally using a sharp bread knife.
- Place the sliced burger buns, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven to warm the buns while you cook the patties. Let them warm for about 5–7 minutes until they are soft and slightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the burger patties in the pan.
- Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes on one side without moving them, allowing a nice crust to form. Flip the patties and cook for another 3–4 minutes on the other side, or until they are cooked through and have a golden-brown crust.
- After about five minutes of total cooking, place one slice of cheese on top of each patty. Lower the heat to medium-low and cover the pan with a lid to help the cheese melt evenly. Let the cheese melt for about 1–2 minutes.
- Remove the buns from the oven and place the bottom half of each bun on a serving plate. Place a hot, cheesy patty on each bun bottom.
- At this stage, you can garnish your burgers as desired. Add fresh tomato slices, crisp lettuce leaves, your favorite sauces such as ketchup, mayo, or burger sauce, and any other toppings you like.
- Finish by placing the top half of each bun on the assembled burgers. Serve the selfmade burgers immediately while hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize your burgers with additional toppings such as pickles, onions, bacon, or jalapeños. For even more flavor, try toasting the buns in a pan with a little butter instead of in the oven. You can use any type of cheese you prefer, such as cheddar, gouda, or Swiss. If you like your burgers extra juicy, avoid pressing down on the patties while they cook. Serve with fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
