Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 500 g Hühnchen
  • Sojasoße
  • Maggi
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer
  • Paprika Pulver
  • Curry Pulver
  • Magarine
  • 1 Tüte Pfannengemüse Asia

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 500 g of spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, which means the pasta should be tender but still firm to the bite. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the chicken. Cut the 500 g of chicken into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform size for even cooking. Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium heat and add a generous amount of margarine to melt.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan with the melted margarine. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and curry powder to taste. Fry the chicken thoroughly, stirring occasionally, until it is cooked through and lightly browned on all sides. This should take about 7-10 minutes depending on the size of the pieces.
  4. Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add the Asian stir-fry vegetable mix (the contents of the Pfannengemüse Asia packet) directly into the pan. Stir well to combine the vegetables with the chicken, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Season the chicken and vegetables mixture with soy sauce, additional paprika powder, Maggi seasoning sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper, and curry powder. Stir thoroughly to ensure all the flavors are well incorporated. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
  6. When the spaghetti is ready and drained, add it directly into the pan with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Gently toss everything together over medium heat to combine the flavors evenly. If needed, add a little more soy sauce or seasoning to enhance the taste. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until the spaghetti is heated through and well coated with the sauce and spices.
  7. Serve the Spaghetti Chinesisch hot on plates. Optionally, offer Chinese spicy sauce on the side for those who enjoy a spicier flavor, keeping in mind that children or sensitive eaters may prefer the dish without added spice.

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized by adding other vegetables or adjusting the spice level. Serving Chinese spicy sauce separately allows each person to control the heat according to their preference, which is especially helpful when cooking for children. Using Maggi seasoning enhances the umami flavor, but you can substitute it with soy sauce or oyster sauce if preferred.
