Süchtige Schaumkusscreme Rezept in 5 Minuten zubereitet !

  • Author: Sarah

Description

Luftige, cremige Schaumkusscreme mit feinem Vanilleduft, zartem Schokoladenhauch und frischer Zitronennote. Locker geschlagen, samtig auf der Zunge, herrlich süß und verführerisch schokoladig.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 Schaumküsse (chocolate-coated marshmallow treats)
  • 3 EL Zitronensaft (tablespoons lemon juice)
  • 1 Schuss Milch (a splash of milk)
  • 1 Packung Vanillezucker (packet of vanilla sugar)
  • 400 g Magerquark (low-fat quark, or substitute Greek yogurt)
  • 1 EL Zucker (tablespoon sugar)
  • Optional: mehr Zucker (more sugar to taste)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your workspace and gathering all the ingredients: Schaumküsse, lemon juice, milk, vanilla sugar, Magerquark, and sugar.
  2. Place the Magerquark into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Carefully separate the chocolate-coated marshmallow treats (Schaumküsse) from their wafer bases. To do this, gently twist or use a knife to remove the chocolate marshmallow tops from the wafers. Discard the wafers or save them for another use.
  4. Add the marshmallow filling (without the wafers) to the bowl with the Magerquark.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice, a splash of milk, the packet of vanilla sugar, and one tablespoon of sugar to the bowl.
  6. Using a hand mixer or a sturdy whisk, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, creamy, and homogenous consistency. Make sure the marshmallow is fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
  7. Taste the cream and, if desired, add more sugar to adjust the sweetness to your liking. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk, mixing thoroughly each time, until the desired creamy texture is reached.
  8. Once the cream is smooth and to your taste, transfer it to serving bowls or glasses. Optionally, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for a firmer consistency and a refreshing experience.
  9. Serve the Schaumkusscreme as a delightful dessert. Garnish with additional Schaumkuss pieces, wafer crumbs, or fresh fruit if desired. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness of the Schaumkusscreme according to your preference by adding more or less sugar. For an extra touch, top the finished cream with crumbled leftover wafers, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries. This dessert is best served chilled, and it is perfect for making ahead for parties or gatherings. If you cannot find Magerquark, Greek yogurt or strained cottage cheese can be substituted.
