Description
Luftig-cremige Schaumkusscreme mit zartschmelzender Schokoladenhülle, feinem Vanilleduft und frischer Zitrusnote. Die Creme glänzt verführerisch, ist herrlich leicht und schmilzt süß auf der Zunge.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 Schaumküsse (chocolate-covered marshmallow treats)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- A splash of milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 400 grams low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Additional sugar to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients by measuring out the quark, sugar, lemon juice, and milk. Place a large mixing bowl on your work surface for easy preparation.
- Carefully separate the chocolate-covered marshmallow treats (Schaumküsse) from their waffle bases. Discard the waffle bottoms or set them aside for another use, as only the marshmallow and chocolate coating will be used for the cream.
- Add the 400 grams of low-fat quark to the mixing bowl.
- Add the marshmallow and chocolate portions of the 8 Schaumküsse to the bowl with the quark.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, a splash of milk, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and 1 tablespoon of regular sugar into the bowl.
- Using a hand mixer or a sturdy whisk, thoroughly combine all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix until you have a smooth and creamy consistency and the chocolate from the Schaumküsse is evenly distributed.
- Taste the cream. If you prefer a sweeter dessert, add more sugar to your liking and mix again until fully incorporated.
- If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition until the desired creamy texture is reached.
- Once the cream is smooth, light, and fluffy, transfer it to serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill the Schaumkusscreme in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld and the cream to set.
- Optionally, garnish with crumbled waffle bottoms, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries before serving for extra flavor and visual appeal.
Notes
This Schaumkusscreme is best served cold and can be prepared in advance for parties or gatherings. You can use the leftover waffle bottoms as a crunchy topping or serve them on the side. Adjust the sweetness and texture by adding more sugar or milk according to your taste. For a richer flavor, you can substitute part of the quark with mascarpone or cream cheese.
