Wurst Nudelpfanne Rezept zum Sattessen!

  • Author: Sarah
  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 2 Portionen 1x

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Paprikaschoten
  • 2 Zwiebeln
  • 450 g Makkaroni
  • 45 Wiener Würstchen
  • 200 g Crème fraîche
  • 200 g Gouda (gerieben)
  • etwas Paprikapulver
  • etwas Salz und Pfeffer

Instructions

  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Makkaroni and cook according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Once cooked, drain the noodles thoroughly and set them aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Cut the Wiener Würstchen into thin, diagonal slices. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut them into thin strips as well.
  3. Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced Würstchen, onions, and bell peppers to the pan. Sauté everything together, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened and the sausages are lightly browned.
  4. Add the drained Makkaroni to the skillet with the sautéed sausage and vegetables. Stir everything well to combine and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the pasta to heat through.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the Crème fraîche to the pan. Stir thoroughly until the Crème fraîche is evenly distributed and the mixture is creamy. Bring the mixture just to a gentle simmer.
  6. Season the pasta skillet generously with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Paprikapulver, adjusting the amounts to taste. Stir to incorporate the seasonings evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the top of the pasta skillet. Gently fold the cheese into the mixture until it begins to melt and combine with the sauce, creating a creamy, cheesy coating. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat, give everything a final stir, and serve the Wurst Nudelpfanne hot. Enjoy your hearty, comforting dish!

Notes

Feel free to use any type of sausage you like if Wiener Würstchen are not available. For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of smoked paprika or some chopped fresh herbs before serving. If you prefer a spicier dish, add a pinch of chili flakes. This recipe is great for using up leftover cooked pasta, and you can substitute the vegetables with what you have on hand.
