Wurst Nudelpfanne Rezept zum Sattessen!

  • Author: Sarah
  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 2 Portionen 1x

Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Paprikaschoten (bell peppers)
  • 2 Zwiebeln (onions)
  • 450 g Makkaroni
  • 45 Wiener Würstchen (Vienna sausages)
  • 200 g Crème fraîche
  • 200 g Gouda (gerieben) (grated Gouda cheese)
  • etwas Paprikapulver (some paprika powder)
  • etwas Salz und Pfeffer (some salt and pepper)
  • Öl zum Anbraten (oil for frying)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the ingredients. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and white membranes, and cut them into thin strips. Peel the onions and slice them thinly. Cut the Wiener sausages diagonally into thin slices.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the macaroni and set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan or deep skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausages, onions, and bell pepper strips to the pan. Sauté everything together for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and the sausages begin to take on a bit of color.
  4. Add the drained macaroni to the pan with the sausage and vegetables. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Continue to cook everything together for another 4-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the noodles to take on a bit of the color and flavor from the pan.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir in the crème fraîche, mixing thoroughly so that the noodles, vegetables, and sausages are evenly coated in the creamy sauce. Allow the mixture to come to a gentle simmer.
  6. Season the noodle pan generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder to taste. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese evenly over the noodle mixture. Gently fold it in until the cheese begins to melt and the dish becomes creamy and cheesy. Let it cook for another minute or two until the cheese is fully incorporated.
  8. Taste the dish and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve the Wurst Nudelpfanne hot, straight from the pan. Enjoy your hearty and satisfying meal!

Notes

You can use other types of sausages if you prefer a different flavor. For a spicier version, add a pinch of chili flakes or use a spicy sausage. Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for variety. Serve with a fresh green salad for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and gently reheated in a pan or microwave.
