Apfelkuchen der in ihrem Mund schmilzt, in 5 Minuten zubereitet!

Description

Goldbraun gebackener Apfelkuchen, saftig und zart, mit einer luftigen Krume und karamellisierten Apfelstücken. Er duftet nach Vanille, schmilzt im Mund und wird von feinem Puderzucker sanft bedeckt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 220 g Zucker
  • 5 Eier
  • 1 Paket Vanillinzucker
  • 320 g Mehl
  • 220 g Butter
  • 1 Paket Backpulver
  • 1,5 kg Äpfel, gewürfelt
  • Puderzucker

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F). Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with a little butter or lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into small cubes. Set the apple cubes aside.
  3. Place the butter in a small saucepan and gently heat it over low heat until it is fully melted. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and allow the butter to cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and eggs. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture for several minutes until it is pale, thick, and creamy. This step incorporates air into the batter, giving the cake a light texture.
  5. Add the packet of vanillinzucker (vanilla sugar), the flour, and the baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix gently until the dry ingredients are just incorporated, ensuring there are no lumps.
  6. Gradually pour in the slightly cooled, melted butter while stirring the batter. Mix until the butter is fully blended into the batter and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  7. Gently fold the apple cubes into the batter using a spatula or wooden spoon, making sure the apples are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  8. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to ensure the cake bakes uniformly.
  9. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. If desired, dust the top of the cake generously with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter or sprinkle it over the apples before folding them in. Be sure to use tart, firm apples for the best texture and taste. The cake tastes delicious both warm and at room temperature. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
