Fantastischer Apfelkuchen Rezept In 10 Minuten Zubereitet!

Description

In 10 Minuten bereit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Zucker
  • 5 Eier
  • 1 Paket Vanillinzucker
  • 350 g Mehl
  • 1 Paket Backpulver
  • 2 kg Äpfel, gewürfelt
  • Puderzucker

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the ingredients. Peel, core, and dice the apples into small cubes, ensuring they are all roughly the same size for even baking. Set the diced apples aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) with both upper and lower heat. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the butter in a small saucepan and heat gently over low heat until fully melted. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the batter.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and eggs. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes pale, thick, and creamy. This process incorporates air, resulting in a lighter cake texture.
  5. Add the packet of Vanillinzucker to the egg and sugar mixture, mixing well to distribute the vanilla flavor evenly.
  6. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder to ensure even distribution and to avoid lumps.
  7. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently to form a smooth batter. Avoid overmixing at this stage to keep the cake tender.
  8. Slowly pour the melted butter into the batter, mixing continuously until the butter is fully incorporated and the batter is smooth and glossy.
  9. Gently fold the diced apples into the batter using a spatula or wooden spoon. Make sure the apple pieces are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  10. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula, ensuring the apples are distributed uniformly across the pan.
  11. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  12. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool on the baking sheet for at least 10-15 minutes.
  13. After the cake has cooled slightly, dust the top generously with powdered sugar. Cut into squares or slices and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For best results, use tart, firm apples such as Granny Smith or Boskoop, as they hold their shape and add a pleasant tang to the cake. You can add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter or sprinkle it over the apples before folding them in for extra flavor. The cake tastes great both warm and cold, and can be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
