Description

Dieser köstliche Makkaronisalat ist Salat und Pasta in einen – einfach ausprobieren und genießen. Schnelle und Einfache Salatrezepte.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g Makkaroni
  • 100 g Schinken
  • 75 g Salami
  • 100 g Emmentaler Käse
  • 2 Tomaten
  • 1 Apfel
  • 4 EL Tomatenketchup
  • 2 EL Speiseöl
  • 2 EL Essig
  • 1 Prise Zucker
  • 0.5 Bund Schnittlauch
  • 0.5 Bund Petersilie
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 1 Prise Pfeffer

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Makkaroni and cook them according to the package instructions until they are al dente. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the Makkaroni and immediately rinse them under cold running water to stop the cooking process and cool them down.
  2. Cut the cooled Makkaroni into small bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife or kitchen shears. Place the chopped Makkaroni in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Take the Schinken (ham), Salami, and Emmentaler cheese and cut each into thin strips. Ensure that the strips are evenly sized for a consistent texture in the salad.
  4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, remove the stem, and dice them finely. Wash the apple, core it, and cut it into thin strips. If you prefer, you can peel the apple before slicing.
  5. Add the sliced ham, salami, cheese, diced tomatoes, and apple strips into the bowl with the Makkaroni. Gently toss all ingredients together to combine.
  6. To prepare the sauce, take a medium-sized bowl and add the tomato ketchup, vegetable oil, and vinegar. Stir the mixture well until it becomes smooth and well combined.
  7. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  8. Wash the chives and parsley under cold water, pat them dry with a paper towel, and finely chop both herbs. Stir the chopped herbs into the sauce until evenly distributed.
  9. Pour the prepared sauce over the macaroni mixture in the large bowl. Use salad tongs or two large spoons to thoroughly combine all the ingredients, ensuring that everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
  10. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place the salad in the refrigerator. Allow the salad to marinate for at least 30 minutes, so the flavors meld and the salad becomes well chilled.
  11. Before serving, taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve the Makkaronisalat cold, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For best results, let the salad chill for longer than 30 minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop. You can prepare the salad a few hours in advance or even the day before. Feel free to add other ingredients such as diced pickles, bell peppers, or onions for extra flavor and crunch. The salad is perfect for picnics, barbecues, or as a make-ahead lunch.
