Knuspriger Toast trifft auf saftiges Rindfleisch, cremigen Sauerrahm und würziges Pizzagewürz. Überbacken mit goldbraunem, geschmolzenem Käse entsteht ein herzhafter Genuss mit zartem Biss und intensivem Aroma.

- 200 g Rindfleisch
- 200 g Käse (gerieben, z. B. Emmentaler, Gouda)
- 1/2 Becher Sauerrahm
- 1 TL Pizzagewürz
- 6 Scheiben Toastbrot
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) to ensure it is hot and ready when the pizzatoast is assembled.
- Take the 200 grams of beef and cut it into very small pieces, either in thin strips or small cubes, depending on your preference. The smaller the pieces, the more evenly they will cook.
- Place the finely chopped beef in a large mixing bowl. Add 200 grams of grated cheese, such as Emmental or Gouda, to the bowl.
- Add half a cup of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of pizza seasoning to the bowl with the beef and cheese.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the beef, cheese, sour cream, and pizza seasoning are well combined and you have a cohesive mixture.
- Lay out 6 slices of toast bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Evenly spread the prepared beef and cheese mixture onto each slice of toast bread, making sure to cover the surface right up to the edges for maximum flavor in every bite.
- Place the tray with the topped toast slices in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F), or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden, and the edges of the toast are crisp.
- Once baked, carefully remove the baking tray from the oven using oven mitts. Allow the pizzatoast to cool for a couple of minutes before serving, as the topping will be very hot.
- Serve the pizzatoast warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or extra pizza seasoning for added flavor.
Notes
You can customize the pizzatoast by adding other toppings such as sliced vegetables, olives, or different types of cheese. For a vegetarian version, simply omit the beef and add more vegetables. Adjust baking time if you prefer a crunchier or softer toast. Serve with a side salad for a more complete meal.
